Framing: The “framed” option includes the cradled panel wood frame shown in the picture. The frame DOES NOT include a hanging wire or stand but instead is flat on the back. It can be attached to the wall with command strip picture hangers. Please send me a message if you would like me to add a wire to the back of the frame. Also, the frame does not include glass. The painting is protected with a layer of varnish, and glass leads to unnecessary glare.
Through still life painting I study how color, shape, and lighting compositions give rise to different feelings. Two avocados set next to each other may reflect a sense of peace, while orange slices illuminated by a light from behind build a sense of wonder and magic. My still lifes focus on simple subjects, and encourage me to recognize the beauty in everyday things. I hope these images help you to also cherish the small beautiful moments in daily life.
