You need a computer in order to fix the files, and you can go on YouTube and there's plenty of tutorials on how to solve it. I'm selling it cause I don't have a computer for me to fix it. The game also comes with Animal Crossing. Also this does NOT come with a charger. You can get one on Amazon though for cheap popular.
