Brand new, never been opened! For those who don't know, a lot of Nintendo games released in Japan did not have a seal. Not entirely sure but I believe the gamecube games were the first games they would seal. Overall in very good condition! Difficult to set a fair price on this one due to the only sales of “brand new” ones are already opened. Don't let the price scare you off, due to insufficient history I'm open to popular offers!
