Vintage Sheer popular Flapper Style Beaded Dress / Mini Dress / Beaded Tassle Dress

Beautiful vintage completely sheer dress with beaded detailing. Shoulders more heavily adorned. Stunning beaded tassels shimmy when you walk. There is some discolouration spots in a few places which I have not tried to hand wash out and may come out (perhaps a spilled drink during a wild party!?), shown in photos. I'm not sure of the era of this dress but I think it may be quite old but there are no tags or labels. There is not much stretch on the fabric at all and it is meant to hang loosely. Color is a sheer blue/green hue.
