I have a New Nintendo 3DS XL Galaxy edition in good condition, and comes with a charger and stylus. It comes with two games: Pokémon Ultra Moon, and Zelda: Majora's Mask. It also popular comes with a black and green hard shell case for traveling and storage, and a black cleaning cloth. Everything is in good condition! The buttons work perfectly, the eye tracking 3D works (and is quite impressive), and the screens are in perfect condition. There are some minor scruffs on the backside, but it's all minimum and doesn't hinder gameplay in the slightest.
