As to be expected with vintage handmade goodies, these have a few imperfections:
•Some scratches, scuffs, dulling on all surfaces of the pot, lid, and cradle
•Some nicks in the enamel of the pot and lid that are typical of these sort of dishes
•Some discoloration of the interior
•Hairline cracks on the interior of the cradle that do not appear to breach the exterior
surface of the cradle or affect its stability

This is securely packed; I will make sure it gets to you in one piece. I use lots of paper and bubble wrap, taking care that the piece is immobilized and “cocooned” in a heavy duty, double-walled box. For the benefit of our dear planet, please reuse/recycle the packing materials if you can!

I do not offer refunds/replacements for lost/stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address on file with Etsy. Please message me immediately after remitting payment for your purchase if you prefer to have signature delivery confirmation for your package. I handle refunds for broken items on a case-by-case basis after the buyer has forwarded pictures of the compromised item. I do not accept returns.

Are you an INTERNATIONAL BUYER? Many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages for which the purchaser is responsible. Sometimes these fees can be quite high. If you are uncertain of the amount that you could be assessed, you might want to check on it and cancel the order if you think this could be a problem. I SHIP VERY QUICKLY, so you will need to check soon. (After the shipping label is printed, the cancellation popular option is no longer available.) As well, note that international shipping can, in some cases, take WEEKS. Sometimes, it is not possible to track international parcels. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control!
