Width: The width of the ring pictured is approximately 6-7mm wide but can be ordered in a custom width for a small upgrade cost. Please state your desired width in the Notes to Seller section during checkout, and we will reach out to you for payment.
Customizable: Because each ring is handcrafted to order, we can customize yours using unique materials, gemstones, or design features, often without any added cost! We can even use personal materials that you send! Basic customizations (material swaps, etc…) can be accommodated by simply adding a request in the “Custom Requests” section during checkout. For more extensive customizations, please feel free to contact us! We would be honored to make your ring even more meaningful!

6 Weeks - Precious Metal Rings (contains silver or gold)
8 Weeks - Women's Engagement Rings or Rings with Precious Stones
**Custom commissioned rings always have the possibility of taking longer than our standard lead times listed above.**

If you're in a time crunch and need your ring sooner than our standard lead times we do offer a rush service fee. Please message us for further details!
VARIATION IN MATERIALS: Because we use natural and unique materials in our rings, variation must be expected. No two rings will look the same, making your ring truly unique!

SIZING GUIDELINES: We provide the option of receiving a free ring sizer at the time of purchase. If you receive your ring and it doesn't fit, you can send it in for 1 free resize! We must be contacted within 15 days of you receiving the ring, and you must have opted to use our free ring sizer at the time of purchase.
We do not offer free resizes or remakes for those who opt out of selecting the free ring sizer at the time of purchase, or for those contacting us after 15 days of receiving the ring, but we would still love to help you get a ring that fits you great! Please email us for options and pricing.
**Please note that selecting the free ring sizer may delay production of your ring as your popular order will be pending until we receive your final size.**

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within 15 days of receiving the ring, and the ring arrives in perfect condition.

EXTENDED LIFETIME WARRANTY
What Is Covered & Included?
1 Free Lifetime Resize:
With the purchase of our extended lifetime warranty you can contact us at any point to receive a free resize on your ring as long as you opted to use our free ring sizer at the time of purchase! If you did not use the free ring sizer option but purchased our extended lifetime warranty, you can still receive 60% OFF a new ring in the size needed in exchange for the original ring.
Cancellation of Order:
If contacted within the first 24 hours of an order being placed, we will fully refund the order. If contacted after 24 hours but before the order ships, and the extended warranty was purchased, we will refund the full cost of the order minus the warranty cost. Without the extended warranty we will retain a 30% restocking fee.

**Men's/Unisex rings ordered in a 13 or larger are subject to an additional charge to account for extra material used to craft the ring. Women's rings which are purchased in silver or gold are subject to this additional charge if ordered in a size 9 or larger. Once your order has been placed we will send you an invoice.**
