This custom wedding guest book features a couple illustration and is the perfect guestbook alternative. Your guests will each sign this alternative guest book during your reception for later displaying/hanging!

HOW TO ORDER/PROCESS

1. Purchase this listing along with any pet/child add on's you need. If you would like to add a pet (or multiple pets) or a young child to your guestbook poster.

2. You can send me photo over etsy conversation or my email: aportraitau [!at] gmail.com

- Include photos of the bride and groom that best represent each person (they do not have to be couple photos).
Clear (high resolution), fully forward facing photos taken in natural light that reflect what you currently look like are best. It is helpful to have one photo of you standing together for the height difference.
- Your names and wedding date for below the portrait. This can just be a last name, if you prefer. You do not have to include the date but it helps me to know.
- Let me know if there is a specific hairstyle you would like me to draw for each individual and what you would like the suit and dress to look like (please include photos for reference).
- You also have option to send along photos of the bride's bouquet/groom's boutonniere and let me know about important accessories (tie/bow tie color, jewelry, pocket square etc). These do not have to be actual ones you're using on the day but what you'd like to be drawn wearing in the portrait. Please note there will be extra charge for details/bouquet and add-on, the price on the listing is only for standard portrait without add-on accessories.

After I've completed your proof, you'll have an opportunity to review it and request small changes before I provide a final digital file at the size of your choice.

The proof will complied with the photos/pose/outfit provided or as per discussed. I will try to be flexible as much as I could, however please understand any changes of mind to a totally different photos that I need to re-draw, will occurs extra charge.

**I do not charge for date revisions due to COVID-19 but I will charge an editing fee if you request additional portrait popular changes after your approve your portrait.**
