- 200 blank/unlined pages come standard (counting front and back, like pages in a book). Make them LINED or add more pages below!
- 70 lb text weight paper in Warm White, slightly textured finish. This is a lovely mid-weight paper, great for journaling and sketching. Not suitable for watercolors.
- All papers are made from 100% recycled content
- Our bound journals are refillable; they are required to be returned to Granite State Journals to be rebound because the paper is bound directly onto the leather. Another option is to purchase additional pages in advance!
- Please let me know if you need a more non-porous paper for calligraphy, watercolor markers, etc. This paper will be WHITE vs. the standard WARM WHITE paper color. I currently do NOT offer paper suitable for watercolor painting.

Please note that this is a handcrafted piece; all my leather journals are shaped and cut by hand and, although I do my absolute best to make a perfect product, I am alas human. However, you can bet that your journal will be as perfect as humanly possible. I use only top grain leather, so your journal may have natural markings including cattle brands and finished scratches.
