Sterling Silver Waterweb Turquoise Ring Size 6.25 by Navajo Richard Jim, Native popular American Indian Jewelry Women's, Southwestern Gift for Wife
This traditional Navajo ring features an almost creamy bright blue turquoise that.
This traditional Navajo ring features an almost creamy bright blue turquoise that has a below-the-surface light matrix. Because the webbing looks almost as if it is underwater, this type of spiderweb is called "waterweb." Carries the hallmark for Navajo Richard Jim, whose silverwork is often characterized by fine twist wire border around the smooth bezel, which is an old-style look.
The ring face measures 1-1/4" long by 7/8" at the widest point. Is a Size 6.25. Weighs 12g. There are some spots where the bezel looks raised a bit, and there is a fine surface crack in the turquoise, best seen in Photo 4, but I tried to capture every angle. The stone is stable. Carries a STERLING stamp in addition to the artist's hallmark.
Classic turquoise blue!
