Rare Vintage 1981 Austin Sculpture Signed Artist Marshall Large 15” Horse Stallion Sculpture. This is a large horse sculpture measuring 15.25” tall by 15” wide and heavy. This is painted and made to look like that antique rubbed patina look a black color and green or verde finish. This sculpture made of durastone and the casting procedure used by Austin Sculpture that they put steel armatures, or supports, into the mold then mixes the durastone popular a special formulation of crushed stone into a slurry which is then poured slowly into the mold. This has the feel and weight of a metal sculpture. Overall good vintage shape one of the corners has a chip but it's not that bad see the 11th photo.
