Every garment we create is manufactured by hand with special attention to detail.We customise our clothes and we prefer to work with your measurements and requirements.This doesn't cost extra and doesn't hinder return.
But this is not required. We can use a standard size too.Please check our size chart (last picture of the listing)

Colors

If you cannot find your colour amongst the options, we are happy to provide you with different samples and variations of the closest we can get for you. Please keep in mind that images of colours and cartels may differ, due to specifics of monitoring settings. If you are uncertain about the appearance of a particular colour, ask us right away and we will clear all doubts.


Shipping

We try to ship the items from 1 to 2 weeks after the purchase popular is made and the payments has gone through. The bill of lading is filled automatically with the address in from your Etsy account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, make sure you put down note with it.

**Please make sure you give us your phone number in personalisation field. Without it we cannot fill in the bill of lading and it will take longer to receive your item.**

**Please note that custom orders may take longer as it requires additional time and special attention.**

We do not ship items during national holidays and weekends; however, we are available and can be contacted during this time.

We use DHL shipping and the estimated delivery days for different countries are the following:


North America -1–3 work days

Europe -1–2 working days

Asia - 5–7 working days

Australia - 5–7 working days

Africa - 7–12 working days

South America - 5–12 working days

Exchanges and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our item, there are several ways we can resolve the situation.

If you wish to return a garment, the item has to be unworn and in perfect condition, with labels attached and in original packaging.

We will make the full refund, once we receive the item in its original packaging. The initial shipping cost is nonrefundable.



MEASURING GUIDE

When taking measurements is best if someone else is doing it, so inaccuracies are avoided. Please do not measure over clothing.

**Please note that we work with body measurements (adjusting the pattern to body width), if you are sending measurements of garments leave us a note or let us know via message.**



1.Bust -Make sure you are wearing a bra on and wrap around the chest properly. Remember that the bra size is different bust line

2.Waist -Make sure you are standing straight and wrap around your upper waist line. It is located 1 inch above the belly button and remain relaxed, while keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

3.Hips -The hip line is located on the broadest part of the upper part of the leg and the buttock, which also has to be levelled parallel to the floor.

4. Waist to hem -Distance between waist and desired length of the garment.

5. Shoulder to hem -Distance between the outer part of the shoulder to desired length of the garment.

6. Sleeve -Distance between the outer part of the shoulder and the wrist


**Please note we do personal customization and are happy to work with your body measurements. However, if you prefer standard size chart, please go through carefully the sizes in the size chart listed in the last picture of every listing and chose the closest to you, so we
can avoid future misunderstandings.**
