Cole Island Fisherman popular by Wini Smart

Cole Island is a little spit of land connecting Gasparilla Island to mainland Florida. It once was an informal campsite back in the day. Wini Smart painted this image back in the 1980's, before the condos were built. Wini established a gallery here in Boca Grande in 1982. She was an accomplished artist having authored and illustrated 5 books, established two art societies and historical societies. Her works live on in numerous collections all popular around the globe. Her two galleries are now operated by her daughter, artist Gail Cleveland.When framed these prints are 16x20 inches, with a three inch mat. We recommend using conservation glass to preserve your art.
