For cleaning of your necklace, it will be enough to wipe it with a damp cloth. You should not use any cleaning material or detergent containing chemicals.

So if you want to prolong the life of your necklaces, please pay attention to the notice.

All of the necklaces are ready to ship in my shop. So They will be given to the shipping company in 1-3 business days. Business days don't include weekends and holidays. After your order is shipped, a tracking number is given to you. So you can track it where your package is. Please don't forget, I am not responsible of the shipping delays. But if you inform me about the lateness of your package, I help you and try to contact shipping company.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELATION
I accept returns, exchanges and cancelations in DeLaLuna shop, but in a certain time. I choose all gemstones and all materials one by one by myself. Then I make jewelry with patience and care. After complete the item, I package the order carefully and ship it safely. But if you have a problem with the order, please take photo of the faulty part of it and send photo of the mistaken part in 3 days after the package arrives. Finally, ship package back within 30 days. It is so important to ship your order in original conditions

I accept cancelation in 12 hours after complete to purchase.
