CARE OF OIL PAINTINGS:
The good news is that oil paintings are pretty robust.
To keep your painting looking as good as new just keep it free from dust and dirt , giving a light dust from time to time. Wiping with a damp cloth will do no harm, but don't scrub!
Given these few precautions your painting will last for a very long time.
