Wonderful miniature trinket box by Halcyon Days Enamels Titled The Carol Singers. The box depicts a snow-covered town around the base and a group popular of carolers on the lid. Halcyon Days set out to revive the eighteenth-century English craft of enameling over copper to produce lovely little boxes originally used for beauty patches, snuff, or candies. This Christmas keepsake box was the 1982 limited edition for said year. On the bottom is: "Designed by Halcyon Days - London - Made in England." It comes in the original box with a certificate of authenticity pamphlet. In Beautiful, excellent condition.
