Meditation Cushion Set - Zafu and Zabuton - These sets are made to order and can be customized to match your room. They are designed to be both functional and fun!

The Zafu contains an easy carry handle that hides a zipper and a muslin bag filled with body forming, organic buckwheat hulls. Access to the muslin pouch allows you to add or remove buckwheat hulls as you see fit. The cover is removable and washable, with cold water on a gentle cycle.

The Zabuton is a high density foam padding and the cover is also removable and washable with cold water on a gentle cycle.

The Zafu is made to improve your position and maintain an easy upright posture during your mediation practice. The Zabuton, relieves pressure on your knees, ankles and back. Using the set together can improve the quality of your breathing and focus during your practice.

** New Option! A pocket on the side of the Zafu can be added to hold any crystals that you use to enhance your meditation. (Crystals not included) **
