This textile is a lovely printed antique popular French fabric dating to circa late 1800s ~ wonderful floral print, and a beautiful design! This panel is printed on a heavy weight cretonne weave cotton (thin warp, thick weft). The ground tone is a warm, natural creamy tone and the other colors include cherry red, eggplant, soft purple, beige, and a tiny hint of muted gold! Both selvages are present. There is a wonderful hand sewn patch near the bottom; see photos and use the zoom feature to see details. This fabric is a lovely sturdy weight and would be ideal for upholstery, pillows, curtains, bedding you name it! ~*~

MEASUREMENTS: This fabric measures approximately 32 inches by 87 inches

CONDITION: I've left this fabric in as found, unwashed condition but it can be machine washed and tumbled dry. There is a tiny dark mark on one panel as well as a tiny hole. Each has a beautiful hand sewn patch near the bottom. This textile isn't perfect, but it's perfectly wonderful for anyone who appreciates the signs of time and use inherent in these wonderful antiques!
