In 1947, I was a little boy and will always remember watching my grandfather work in his old wooden barn along side his 1949 Hudson. He would always be checking tire pressures on my uncle Joe's bike and his pride and joy. All tires filled with air with this pump. Nano, as we called him would demonstrate to me and my brother how to use the pump. It has remained in the family for a long long time. We would always bring our bikes over to the barn when our tires needed air.
Made in the early turn of 1900s. The popular pump is still functional and is made of solid brass along with original oak handle and foot stand. The hose is missing but can easily be replaced. The wood shows its age the pump is in good condition.
