Shipping Policy:
1.Manufacturing usually takes 10 To 12 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation. If your order goes into processing this is because Etsy are doing some security checks and we can not process the order until this is complete. Please check the timelines before ordering as they may vary due to external factors.

2. We use Royal mails signed for first class service for all our orders and most uk orders take 1/2 days from shipping. (There could be some delays in shipping due to bank holidays)

Returns policy:
We're sure that you'll love your item, but on the rare occasion that it isn't 100% right just send it back within 14 working days of receiving it and we'll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes engraved items) Just make sure the product is in its original packing and is unworn.
