This whimsical piece of old folk art has all of it's original paint in a variety of colors,
yellow, red orange, green, brown, aqua and peach tone.
The sculpture measures 22"H x 6"W x 9.5"D, and weighs 12 lbs. 9oz.
There is wood cracking to the beak and neck, but it is stable and actually adds to the charm of this piece.
Consistent with age, there is paint wear and minor paint chipping.
Even with the flaws and blemishes, this old wood carving is impressive,
and adds a unique and whimsical touch to any decor.
