As all products are hand-made, there may be slight difference in the final product to the one that shown on the photos. And it generally takes 7-14 days to make the product and be shipped. It may therefore sometimes take 3-4 weeks between the order and the final arrival of the order. Please understand this is a hand-made customized product and customization means more complexity and efforts. Our caps are made of resin with the use of alginate molds, followed by painting. Thus, it is very time consuming just to make one cap. We do my very best to speed up the production process while maintaining the highest quality.
