Lens has a few scratches but is still in good shape 8/10 Ears and strap can easily be cleaned in a mesh laundry bag or oxi clean bath. Pull arms and tabs are still in working order to keep mask tight and on your head. Foam is popular ok could be replaced 6/10 Factory Chin strap is still in tact Spot where my finger is at needs a new Velcro strip/ easy fix. Also comes with Graphic Gorilla / Ed Edd Eddy Sticker pack.
