Vintage Israel Blue Enamel Brass Pedestal Bowl Wide Scroll Filigree Rim Covered Dish Hand Painted Israeli Judaica in very good pre owned condition for its age. Bowl has an approx 1" linear dent across mid area that can also be seen inside the bowl, two small spots not far from that that have blue enamel loss. Bowl interior has some discoloration. Interior of lid has small area of brass color loss around rim edge. Small spot of color loss by Hebrew letters on lid. All not really noticeable when displayed. All as shown in photos. In overall very, very good shape for its age. Original stickers still attached. This piece, if produced during popular the same period as other similar covered bowls and other similar hand painted features, would date back to the 1950's-1960's. Heavy for its size due to the very ornate and wide brass filigree grapes and leaves scrollwork across the rim. Brass painted handle and pedestal. Brass interior to bowl and lid. Beautiful sheen and MCM vintage vibe. Made in Israe.
