A medium-sized green beach glass ring made with a three-beaded accent on the bezel design. Made with genuine San Francisco Bay Area beach glass found by our family on local beaches. The band is size 6.5 (US) and is composed of sterling silver.

Genuine pieces of beach glass are recycled bottles, windows, glass tail lights, vintage ashtrays, etc., that were littered into the ocean, broken down and tumbled over long periods of time, some for decades, before becoming smooth, round, and sometimes funky shaped gems of the shoreline.
Not every beach has beach glass, and not all beach glass is the same; Pacific Coast beach glass is tumbled more violently than that of the east coast, our sand contains more gravel and large rock fragments as opposed to the soft sand eastern beaches that produce their own forms of beach glass goodies. The Bay Area is famous within the beach glassing community for multiple reasons and locations, including the previous presence of many coastal bottle dumps run all different cities, including San Francisco, Hayward, and Santa Cruz. Bay Area beach glass often has a large variety of occurring colors, shapes, and sizes of beach glass.
