The blade has a rough finish
the blade handle is around 4 inches depending on how it is measured with the bolster and end cap it is right around 4 inches. without the bolster around 3 1/2 inches.
the blade is very close to 12 inches exact.
the small neck of the blade is 1 1/16 inches in width
the blade at its widest is 2 1/8 inches
the blade has a rat tail tang that is peaned over the end cap
the end cap on the handle is a bit loose and has edges that have not been trued up.

Finding information about the Nepalese Kukri online is difficult so not much to go off of
I did take it to an antique dealer who frequently deals in antique arms and we both agree the blade is not antique there was some disagreement on whether the blade was hand forged or not
I believe the blade to have been hand forged my reasoning is there is a decorative design popular that looks to me to be hot chiseled into each side of the blade and a visible mark can be seen where the chisel left off
At the base of the blade it looks like pitch may have been used to help cement the handle
