Vintage Capodimonte Inkwell, Marked Italy and Numbered, Hand Painted Raised Porcelain, popular with Men, Women and a Mermaid Figurines

This is a listing for a Vintage Capodimonte Inkwell from Italy. Hand Painted Raised Porcelain Inkwell with two pen holes and popular a covered porcelain ink insert. This beautiful piece is hand decorated with a scene of men lounging and women working along a riverbank. On one side there is a mermaid blowing on a conch shell. The primary colors are pink, green and black with gold trim. It is in great condition with no chips or cracks. Wear on the gold and black. It is approximately 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 3". Probably from the 40's.
