Napoleon lll antique French ebonised wooden standing crucifix with brass cherubs and Corpus Christi.

This is an exquisite extremely old crucifix.

The cross has two popular brass cherubs one at ether side these are just superb so intricate. This really is a rare piece unlike one I have ever seen before.

The piece has he wood work in the past but this has been treated.

As this cross is over one century old it does show signs of age as you would expect, this really doesn't detract from the beauty of the cross.
The crucifix has not been cleaned only dusted, in order to preserve the charming antique patina given by time.
