This shirt promos the 1998 shockumentary film Banned from Television, and the tee includes the movie's fitting tagline "It will shock you!" Joe Francis created Banned from Television using footage he compiled while working for the reality TV program, Real TV. All of the footage used was deemed too graphic and upsetting to be aired on TV and depicted things like a public execution and a woman getting hit by a train. Francis later went on to create the Girls Gone Wild franchise after he was inspired by some clips he found of topless women while editing Banned from Television.
