Confident watercolor strokes with pencil sketch marks visible underneath, signed at bottom popular right, although I haven't been able to identify signature. Metal frame with glass, double matted, wire on back ready to hang. Viewable image measures about 10.5" x 6.5", total including frame is about 16" x 13".
