Lot comes with 24 pieces, some items are missing parts. There is a wooden set that is from Vampire Villa included as well. If there is any item you'd like more pictures of please let me know! The Frankie Stein chamber has not been tested and is missing the base and chamber doors. The Draculaura bathtub is missing a leg. The Clawdeen bunk bed is missing a foot and other parts to the bed. The Create a Monster bed is missing a part. There are a couple parts that I'm not sure what set they came from like a folding ladder, the shower head, 2 legs to tables, and an over-head sign with clock on it. All items are in popular good to fair condition. Amanita Nightshade doll is not included but I will be listing her separately! Open to offers!!.
