Sue’s Handpainted SG Pickguard - popular Cords 2

This is a hand-painted pick guard painted with enamel paint. It's coated with a thick layer of polyurethane which make it extremely durable and also really brings out the colors. This pickguard is part of a series of deigns inspired by the cords popular and wires that accompany any guitarist! The colors are off-white, red,orange, light brown and dark brown.

Sue McCaffrey is an artist and painter based in Roslyn, PA. Living with a family of musicians, she decided to start hand painting pick guards to give the guitars in her house a personal touch.
