Portugal Women's Historical Fashion Costume Jewelry and Dress Accessories Colored Etching featured in the19th Century Book "Le Costume Historique" By Auguste Racinet. This plate appears to be from a vintage / antique later edition of Racinet's original work. A439

Albert-Charles-Auguste Racinet (1825-1893), Auguste Racinet was most famous for his encyclopedia of clothing around the world and through the ages. Originally published in France between 1876 and 1888, "Le Costume Historique" was the most wide-ranging and intelligent study of clothing ever published.

Very good overall, slight discoloration at the edges of the plate. Matted and framed in a gold brushed metal designer frame.

We work to find the least expensive, yet safe way to get the item(s) you have chosen from our place to yours. We will also combine shipping of multiple items purchased to save you on the shipping.
