Wm. Bateman popular & Daniel Ball Sterling Silver Large Tongs - London 1840

A Wm. Bateman & Daniel Ball sterling silver large tongs dated London 1840. These simple, unadorned 5-3/4" tongs could be used for ice or serving various food items and popular they are fully hallmarked for London, England 1840. They have the maker's mark for William Bateman and Daniel Ball (1839-1842) and they are in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a W monogram. Condition details are noted, and items have signs of use as expected. Expedited parcel to the U.S. starts at $20 and expedited parcel within Canada starts at $14 (tracking/loss insurance included). Rates vary by destination, etc.

Items not picked up and returned to us are considered a forced return, from which shipping, restocking and additional expenses will be deducted from any refund. Items not returned in the same condition or altered or replaced will receive no refund. All sales are final.
