This is the Elgato Cam Link 4K. It comes with a USB 3.0 extension cable. The box had been opened when I popular purchased it. I never used it, but I plugged it into my computer to test it for power. It requires an HDMI to mini HDMI cable (not supplied by the manufacturer).
