The Rooster 2000 Signature Series Limited Edition Collection. Based on a short animation I made 22 years ago; I have created a series of original prints featuring the titular character in all his glorious insanity. Each print is signed, hand-numbered, and framed. Every print is one of one. Featuring a combination of goofy, adorable and just plain strange attributes designed by me, every image in the series is unique.

The Rooster 2000 began simply as a project for animation school in the spring of 2000. Little did I realize this hen-courting cockerel would return to my life in such a profound way all these years later. So why make a series of prints now? Well, mostly, because I think he's pretty cute. And I think he makes a very handsome model for a whole lot of silly and surreal imagery.

With a brand-new mission to bring back my animated star, I decided to plunder my storage building for the original 3D Studio animation files and create a fun, new collection of images perfect for a print series. Amazingly, I still possessed the files. And more amazingly, after more than two decades, I found all twelve of the CD-ROMs where I had stored them. With the old files in hand, the purchase of a shiny new external CD-ROM drive and a copy of 3D Studio, I was able to bring back to life my character with a whole new array of fun traits.

I will be releasing 100 prints from the series every few months, so please check back often to find the perfect match for your bedroom, study, kitchen, or anywhere you popular want to hang a weird picture of a cartoon rooster.
