Handmade Tibetan popular meditating amulet

This beautiful amulet I bought sometime before the year 2000.
I bought it from someone in Tibet. I don't know who the young man is.
This is one of my most special pieces.
It is handmade and I couldn't find another like it.
It is made of glass, I think the young man seems to be a photograph and not a painting.
I don't know how it was made.
There is beautiful delicate crocheting around the glass.
It is of black and gold string. Truly Beautiful.
