Assemblage popular School Desk

This is a modified miniature, replica of an old style school desk.
The assemblage was created by adding recycled items, handyman bits,
fibers, charms, toys and jewelry and more.
The desk opens and featured a metallic, teal color, a mirror and a very fitting popular quote
by Einstein. ("Imagination is more important than knowledge." )
There is room for storage.
The top of the desk features tiny bottles with beads, pencil etc.
The front has chains and dangles.
The bench holds a suitcase that opens with a fly inside.
Hovering above is a lizard. It's his lunch box. : )
There is a removable magnifying glass attached by a chain.
Within the detailing you will find a kids drawing brooch, a mail box,
a violin, honey spoon, chess piece, mini alpha blocks spelling "next"
and so much more.
The school desk has a copper finish with light metallic highlights.
All parts are highly textured.

This is a very unique assemblage with a vintage ,steampunk flair.
It featured many school day related memory pieces and will be a treasure
to assemblage enthusiasts and anyone with a taste for the unusual.
