Pre-owned, good condition, fully functional, batteries NOT included. All items that come included with camera/recorder is shown in photo with 2-CDs, which does include instruction manual. Please see photos making part of description. One battery cylinder shown in photo contains slight evidence of corrosion when one battery leaked; however, I cleaned it with baking soda and then neutralized the acid residue with mineral oil to prevent further damage. Tested afterward. Evidence of functionality displayed in photos. No cord attached to lens cover. Camera popular did not come with memory card from manufacturer. I am including a Kodak 4 GB memory card inserted into the proper slot of battery compartment.
