If you are remodeling your home or business, consider the lasting beauty a tile mural has to offer. A custom handcrafted mural will enhance your backsplash in your kitchen, or shower wall. Murals would also look great over your fireplace, wine cellar, foyers or even in your business conference room. So many options. Tiles do not come ensembled.

Unless you are hanging your tile as a wall decor' I do not recommend using the glossy tile as the glossy tiles are not scratch popular resistant. Satin is more resilient and scratch resistant but the matte finish is the most resilient and scratch resistant.


We transfer images using the sublimation process. We do not paint images.


The image is printed with sublimation dye onto sublimation paper using a special printer. The printed image and the tiles are then put into a heat press and we apply heat and pressure to the tile and printed image to transfer these images to the tile. The dye of the printed image flashes from solid form to gas form under the intense heat and pressure of the heat press machine. The gas formed dye permeates the tile surface and becomes permanent to the tile. You cannot wash the image off. You can clean them daily with a sponge or soft cloth and any normal household cleaner like a multi-purpose cleaner or soft scrub. The colors in the digital tile murals are very vivid. Tile images are permanent and safe to use as a kitchen backsplash (behind a stove or sink or anywhere on the wall) or on the wall of your shower or tub surround.

Most of the time the mural color matches the image you see on the site, but if you are trying to match a specific color exactly with your decor it may be slightly off. Color is interpreted by each brand of monitor and printer differently. Your monitor could be different than mine. You may see a particular color lighter or darker than the way I see it. As an example, the color we both perceive may be pink, but the shade may not the same for each of us.


Personalized Photos can not be returned as they cannot be resold. I will send you an email for you to approve before it is made.
MURALS THAT ARE LARGER THAN 24 X 30 CANNOT BE RETURNED AS THEY ARE VERY HARD TO RESELL.

Any tiles damaged in shipping will be replaced.

If you want to return an order that is 24" x 30" and smaller, you must contact us prior to shipping it back to get a refund. Because the tile murals and accent tiles are custom made just for you we must charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Tiles that are damaged or in any way altered from the way they were shipped may not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned orders must be shipped back to us by UPS, insured to their retail value, and within 10 days from the date you received them. The item must not be used and in it's original package. Our tiles are packed very carefully but in the event of any damage we will replace it at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for tiles damaged during installation or if damaged by the customer.
MURALS CANNOT BE PUT IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

Helpful Hints:

If you are installing the tiles yourself, please read carefully below for helpful information.
NEVER use SANDED grout and make sure you use a rubber trowel
Gloss Tiles
Has a very high gloss and not recommended for grouting; they could scratch and do very easily. I would also be careful when cleaning them.
Satin Tiles -is resistant to MINOR scratches.
Matte Tiles- have a rough texture to them and are much more scratch resistant but I would still be cautious not to scrape the picture off the tiles.
Sealing the tiles
Ceramic and Porcelain tiles do not have to be sealed but I would seal the grout, especially if you are putting them where there is moisture.
If you ordered Tumble Stone, you must seal them due to the pitted holes.
Cleaning the tiles:
When cleaning the tiles, never use an abrasive, use soap and water with a soft sponge. You could also you any non-abrasive cleaner as well.
