Mosaic clay tile set featuring a sugar skull collection that I am calling "The Green Goddess". The blue bell shaped flowers are all hand cut and have three shades of blue glaze to give the petals their detail. I have cut the star shaped flowers to fit into their designated spot and have numbered them 1, 2 and 3. It's like a puzzle that needs to be put together but one that's not difficult to do. Lime green leaves match her eyes, a cute little lady popular bug hides out in her hair and curious bee and butterfly are checking her out.

This is an original design, not mass produced. The tile set is ready to be installed into your mosaic. Hand cut clay design, original artwork and a labor of love. The back side of the clay is dry footed and ready for your adhesive onto your substrate. The tiles have been rolled out to about 1/4" thick. The tiles are suitable for indoor and outdoor, however caution should be used in freezing/winter climates. Great for garden tile designs, kitchen back splashes, wall art, table tops etc.

Created from both mid fire stoneware and low fire earthenware clay and are glazed and fired to over 1900 degrees F. When the tiles have cooled off for about 12 hours they are carefully detailed and fired again to a lower temperature. This process allows the detailing outlines to stand out and not bleed into the surrounding colors and background. The colors will not fade even in direct sunlight. I create these tiles from my small studio located in Henderson, Nevada
