Our wall art is crafted from beginning to end in our shop located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are a small business that takes great pride in the items we make. Customers are our number 1 priority, and we will do everything to make sure you receive a 5 star worthy product as well as 5 star customer service. We first began crafting our wall art in our 2 stall garage in 2014 and have curated the perfect wood finish for any room.

We have no doubt that your item will be better than what we can capture in the photos & video displayed.

What you can expect from us:

1. Order is placed
2. We will reach out to update you on our current wait time (usually 1-2 weeks).
3. Production begins and takes about 2 days from the time we start
4. Item is packaged, and you will be notified with tracking information on the day it is ready to ship.
5. Item will ship in a custom made box, with protective packaging material, and will have the fresh wood shop smell. Trust us... it's a good smell :)
6. Item is ready to hang straight out of the box and will include the screw to put into your wall.

Damages are rare, but they can happen during transport. If your item is damaged, please message us photos. We will take care of it from there and send you a replacement at no cost!

Most Howdy Owl wall popular decor is NOT stocked. It is custom made-to-order. Processing time averages 1-2 weeks plus shipping, but that will vary throughout the year. Message us if you need your order by a specific date.
