The design is printed directly on the back of the case using a special printing process that is very durable - holds up to everyday use resists chipping, peeling, scratching or fading. This is NOT a cheap sticker or skin.
The design is only printed on the back of the case, so the front and sides remain plain black or white/grey.

Unfortunately, because we modify these cases by adding the custom design, the OtterBox warranty does not apply.

-------------HOW IT WORKS-------------
You will receive a confirmation email from Etsy after you checkout that will include a link to a form where you can provide all of your personalization information, including monograms, design changes, custom design requests or image uploads.
Once you provide your personalization information, we will get to work on your first proof and send it to you through the Etsy messaging system. You will have to log into your Etsy account to see the proof, as attachments to Etsy messages do not come through to your email.
-------------HOW LONG IT TAKES-------------
We'll send you your first digital proof within two business days. Once you approve the digital proof, we'll get your OtterBox into production and get it shipped out to you within two business days.
The standard domestic shipping is USPS First Class Mail and typically takes between 4 and 6 business days to arrive. Expedited and International shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Our standard (free) shipping is by USPS First Class Package. Shipping is free in the United States. Expedited and International shipping upgrades are available at checkout. The tracking number will be available in your Etsy account as soon as your case is shipped out to you and you will receive an automated shipment notification from Etsy. For popular your protection and ours, we only ship to the confirmed address included with your payment.
